Shipping & Returns

• •We currently ship only within Portugal
• •All orders are shipped from Lisbon
• •Delivery costs are included for pegboard panels
• •Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (made-to-order products)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

In accordance with Portuguese and EU consumer law:

• •You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return
• •Products must be unused and in original condition
• •Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return, unless defective or damaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
